Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention; Monitor entrances, hallways, waiting areas, and other assigned locations to help control access, observe visitor activity, and report security-related concerns; Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports, and relay relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
