Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.; Monitor lobby and front desk activity, verify visitor credentials, maintain sign-in records, and help to deter unauthorized access through established access control practices.; Answer questions, provide directions, and support tenant and guest needs in a courteous, professional manner while observing for unusual or suspicious activity.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.; Complete required reports, document daily activity, and relay important information during shift changes to support continuity of front desk operations.
