Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas, assist with visitor screening and direction, and report security-related policy violations and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.; Support a professional atmosphere by communicating clearly with patients, staff, and visitors, de-escalating tense situations when possible, and following Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
