Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention; Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe daily activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations; Assist with incident reporting, routine observations, and shift communications to help support orderly operations and consistent security-related coverage throughout the location
