Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and authorized personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access, prohibited items, and other security-related concerns.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating with site personnel and/or public agency representatives as needed.; Document visitor activity, access exceptions, and security-related incidents in required logs and reports, following post orders and established protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, facility issues, and other conditions that may require notification and/or follow-up.
