Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to site expectations.; Support workplace operations by giving directions, assisting with visitor processing, and following post orders designed for a fast-paced professional environment.
