Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, access points, and perimeter zones, as assigned.; Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, and/or visitors, helping to support authorized access and document unusual activity.; Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters.
