Job Summary
Traffic Control Flaggers support safe and efficient traffic flow in and around road construction and utility work zones. This role helps protect workers, pedestrians, and drivers while minimizing disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
-Set up and maintain traffic control devices in accordance with WSDOT and MUTCD standards
-Safely direct traffic and monitor work zones
-Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and reporting unsafe conditions
-Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and the public
-Adapt to changing job site conditions and support crew needs
-Perform duties in various weather conditions
-Remain standing for extended periods during shifts

-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Positive attitude and teamwork skills
-Good communication and situational awareness
-Reliable transportation
Minimum Requirements
-Valid Flagger Certification
