    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or public emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic spaces, verifying credentials, observing for unusual behavior, and reporting policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to post orders.; Support government site operations by maintaining a visible presence, following all armed post protocols, completing required reports, and assisting with security-related procedures during routine operations and special events.
