Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details in accordance with site expectations; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or property damage to appropriate personnel; Support a professional presence at the location by communicating clearly with residents and management, following post orders, and completing assigned reports and/or logs
