Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout transportation facilities, including public areas, perimeter zones, parking areas, and access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help confirm authorized access, assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic, and/or support orderly operations at the location.; Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and unexpected events, providing clear information and assistance as needed.
