Responsibilities - What you'll doDUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION: - Assist with the day-to-day operations for the Bureau such as answering calls from citizens or other stakeholders
- Assist with managing calendars, scheduling, managing and tracking equipment issues, and preparing personnel documents
- Fiscal note review, response, and tracking
- Prepare and mail/email/fax office correspondence
- Other duties as assigned
