Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, entry screening processes, and/or limited access areas in accordance with site protocols and healthcare location expectations.; Support staff and the public during medical-related situations, alarms, evacuations, and/or other urgent events while following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
