Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and supporting security-related policies at a government location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and document visitor and vendor activity in accordance with site protocols; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel when needed; Assist with screening personal property, packages, and/or vehicles as directed by post orders and location requirements; Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of restricted areas, challenging unapproved entry when appropriate, and reporting security-related concerns
