Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures for a government location, assisting visitors, employees, and guests with entry screening and general directions; Screen people and permitted items at designated access points using approved screening equipment and established protocols, and report prohibited items and/or unusual activity to appropriate personnel; Verify identification, credentials, and visitor information before allowing access to restricted areas, following post orders and location policies; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns, observations, and/or interactions as required; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and adjacent areas for suspicious behavior and policy violations, helping to deter unauthorized access and support orderly operations at the location
