Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a financial services location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or policy concerns.; Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, badge verification, and/or employee entry procedures in accordance with site-specific protocols.; Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and relay important information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives as needed.
