Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or public agency representatives as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and verify identification, credentials, and/or authorizations in accordance with site policies while reporting concerns through appropriate channels.; Support law enforcement and/or emergency personnel during calls for service, alarms, evacuations, and other security-related events while maintaining professionalism and attention to post orders.
