Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe community activity to deter trespassing, disturbances, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.; Support property operations by reporting maintenance-related concerns, lighting issues, unsecured doors or gates, and other observed conditions that could impact residents, visitors, and/or staff.
