Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out access control duties, site-specific procedures, visitor screening activities, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and/or notifying appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.; Support staff, visitors, and guests within a cultural institution setting by offering directions, answering questions, and communicating security-related information in a professional manner.
