Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report potential concerns; Monitor access points and verify entry authorization in accordance with site protocols, while assisting with visitor processing and directing individuals to the appropriate location; Support Allied Universal and site leadership by preparing clear reports, maintaining post records, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols
