Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with supervisors, staff, and/or public officials as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations; Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements, maintaining professional presence and following established protocols for access control, reporting, and incident response; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces to help support authorized access, observe security-related concerns, and report maintenance, hazards, and/or suspicious activity
