Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public sector education location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, athletic spaces, and perimeter grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, common areas, and campus activity, assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and adherence to location rules and/or posted procedures.; Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, security-related issues, and/or policy violations, while maintaining a professional presence during school hours and after-hours activities.
