Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, patients, and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity in accordance with site protocols while reporting concerns through proper channels; Support a professional environment by documenting incidents, completing assigned reports, and following post orders and/or Allied Universal guidelines
