This role is critical in strengthening authentication, authorization, and identity federation capabilities while ensuring a seamless user experience.Required Skills and Experience:Design, implement, and maintain IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) solutionsConfigure and manage WebSEAL, AAC (Advanced Access Control), and Federation modulesIntegrate ISVA with applications using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAPDevelop and maintain authentication policies, access control policies, and junctionsTroubleshoot authentication, SSO, and access issues across multiple environmentsCollaborate with application teams to onboard new apps into ISVAPerform upgrades, patching, and system performance tuningEnsure compliance with security standards and best practicesCreate and maintain technical documentation3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISAM/ISVA)Strong understanding of SSO, Federation, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) conceptsExperience with WebSEAL configuration and troubleshootingKnowledge of authentication mechanisms (LDAP, MFA, certificates, etc.)Familiarity with Linux/Unix environmentsExperience with reverse proxy and web security conceptsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with IBM Verify Governance or other IAM toolsKnowledge of REST APIs and scripting (Python, Shell, etc.)Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Relevant certifications in IAM or IBM Security productsEducation Requirement : A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field preferredSecurity Requirement: Must be able to obtain a Federal Clearance.
