Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, loading zones, office spaces, and exterior perimeter; Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and assist with visitor directions and inquiries; Complete incident reports and communicate noteworthy activity to management or security personnel; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, solution-oriented manner
