Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an armed patrol post in an industrial location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment and following post orders and reporting protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations as required, and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate contact; Support incident documentation by preparing clear, accurate reports and communicating observations, actions taken, and/or follow-up needs with supervisors, site contacts, and/or first responders
