Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence within post orders and applicable guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document observations, incidents, and/or unusual conditions according to site procedures; Support public-facing operations by assisting visitors, employees, and/or officials with directions, information, and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel
