Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential hazards; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support an orderly environment for patients, staff, and authorized guests; Assist with security-related incident reporting, de-escalation support, and direction during medical, fire, and/or facility-related events as outlined by post orders
