Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site-specific front desk procedures for a professional aerospace and defense location; Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor logs, issue temporary access materials as directed, and report unusual or suspicious activity through appropriate security-related channels; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities according to site policies; Answer phones, assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions and check-in procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence; Complete required reports, maintain accurate records of arrivals and departures, and communicate important updates with Allied Universal personnel and site contacts
