Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verify access when required, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.; Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by providing visible presence, answering questions, and following post orders related to after-hours access, deliveries, and visitor activity.
