Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.; Verify identification, credentials, and visitor information before granting entry, and direct employees, guests, and vendors according to location protocols.; Monitor entrances, exits, alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems to help identify unusual activity and report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and completing required reports.; Conduct regular and random patrols of entry areas, lobbies, and perimeter access points as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
