    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or public agencies as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and/or deliveries in accordance with site instructions while reporting suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.; Support emergency and alarm response by following post orders, assisting with crowd and traffic control, and providing detailed incident information for follow-up by Allied Universal management and/or appropriate authorities.
