Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support tasks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility location; Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor and contractor traffic in accordance with site policies and operational needs; Support emergency and severe weather procedures, assist with evacuations and/or restricted area control when directed, and communicate clearly with site personnel and public responders as needed
