Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or designated contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, unusual behavior, and/or property damage; Support daily operations at the location by assisting with access control, visitor assistance, and routine observations of building conditions that may require attention
