Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized access points, assisting with visitor directions, personnel interactions, and other security-related concerns appropriate to the location.; Document incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate with supervisors, staff, and/or first responders when needed regarding security-related matters.
