Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a corporate technology location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor access points and assist with visitor entry procedures, credential checks, and/or escort-related processes in support of site access control practices; Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, addressing routine questions, and helping to identify potential security-related issues across the location
