    Certified Tumor Registrar

    A busy New York City hospital is looking to add a Certified Tumor Registrar to their team. The ideal candidate for this important role will have:

    • 3 years of Tumor Registry experience in an acute care hospital or equivalent abstracting experience.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is required.
    • High School Diploma/GED.
    • Tumor Registry certification (CTR), RHIA (or eligible), RHIT (or eligible)

    Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $45.00 to $50.00 is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or hourly rate, various factors may be taken into account as applicable (such as location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity).
