Security Officer Patrol Associate - Weekends

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site expectations.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.; Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts.; Support a professional presence at the location by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with residents, guests, and/or local public service personnel.
