    OB/GYN Compensation: $325,000 $410,000 per year Job Type : Full-time, Permanent 1:4 call rotation covering single hospital for call Location: East Chicago, IN Relocation Assistance available Join a well-established and expanding healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana that actively prioritizes physician well-being and a sustainable work-life balance. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, and surgical interventions 1:4 call rotation covering single hospital for call Perform routine and emergency gynecological surgeries (Laparoscopy, Hysterectomy) and manage high-risk obstetric cases Conduct annual exams, cancer screenings, and family planning consultations for women of all ages Participate in a shared call rotation and work closely with neonatal and specialized nursing teams to ensure patient safety Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe. Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Benefits: Highly competitive salary offers (Negotiable-MGMA guidelines) Medical/Dental/Vision comprehensive insurance plans available 403(b) retirement plan including employer match Exceptional CME/Licensures funds - $6,000 Licensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/Subscriptions Flexible time off 5 Weeks of PTO & 1 Week of CME Contract bonuses off visit productivity Sign-on bonus (negotiable) HRSA Workforce Student Loan Repayment Quality Bonus Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license Competitive compensation package aligned with current MGMA benchmarks; final salary is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's professional experience and qualifications
