Summary
Opportunity for BE/BC internal medicine or family medicine trained hospitalists to join physician owned team. Group covers two facilities but each hospitalist is only assigned to work at one. 7on/7off schedule, closed ICU. Mostly day shifts. Providers take turn with a week of nights every 3-4 months. Average census is 20 pts/day and physician extenders are used to manage workload. Compensation is Base salary plus RVU bonuses and other benefits are offered including 401k, paid malpractice and CME allowance. Leadership opportunities available Hospitalists are invited to participate on hospital committees Supportive, collegial, family-oriented, lifestyle-oriented group.
