- Patient Load: 15-35 patients per shift
- Number of Beds in Department: 15
- EMR System: Epic
- Board Certification: Required (Pediatric Emergency Medicine)
- State License: Active Texas license or eligibility through IMLC
- Certifications:
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- PALS
- Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 90 days (Note: Temporary privileges may be granted if the provider has a clean file)
The ideal candidate is board-certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine with an active Texas license or eligibility through IMLC. The provider should be comfortable managing a high volume of pediatric patients and handling various emergency situations. Candidates with a clean file will be prioritized due to the urgent need for coverage and quick credentialing process.
