Common Area Housekeeping/ Maintenance NeededJob Types: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:The following essential functions are the fundamental job duties of the position to be completed with appropriate reasonable accommodation.
Cleans public areas, including bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, and common areas.
Performs all housekeeping duties including:
Cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed
Sweeping, cleaning rugs, carpets
Dusting furniture and equipment.
Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $17.00 per hour
