Production Worker

Adecco is currently assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer, recruiting for Production Associate's in the Kennebunk, ME area! These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities, with the possibility of incentives, overtime, and base pay increases.

Schedules:

All shift hours are subject to fluctuate start or end times by 30 minutes

1 st Shift - Monday - Friday - 7:00AM - 3:30PM - $18+ / HR

2 nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 3:00PM - 11:30PM - $19.50+ / HR

3 rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday - 9:30PM - 6:00AM - $20+ / HR

Roles Available:

Sandblasters

• Sandblasting a variety of small parts.
• Attention to detail is very critical.
• Some equipment is automated, and others are manual cabinets.
• Verify quantities.

Polishing Operator

• Running multiple vibratory bowls.
• Parts are loaded and equipment runs for a set amount of time. Once the cycle is complete the operator removes all parts from the bowl and processes them through a parts washer.
• Verify quantities.
• Attention to detail and able to read instructions.

Production Operator

• Consists of loading and unloading coating machines.
• Cleaning and staging part for coating.
• Attention to detail and able to read instructions.
• Verify quantities.

Inspecting/Packing

• Attention to detail.
• Verify quantities.
• Inspect and securely package customer product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform required manufacturing processes meeting all quality and production standards
• Complete all required production, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data
• Follow all safety policies and look for areas to improve safety
• Communicate with other key personnel assigned in their area

Physical Requirements:

• Up to 8 hours of walking and standing
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
