There are 17 nursery beds and 13 NICU beds Scope of Practice: Adolescents Peds Neonates admit evaluate diagnose treat or consult on newborns and children through adolescence Requirements Board Certified Active SC Licence PALS NRP Skills Required: incision/drainage of superficial abscesses lumbar puncture ventilation management non-invasive BPAP/CPAP invasive ETT/NT xray interpretation infectious illness of the blood skin lungs and kidneys respiratory illnesses pneumonia croup common pediatric illnesses influenza dehydration recovery from injuries or surgeries attend c-section/ high-risk deliveries Support Staff Pediatric NP Lactation Respiratory OT ST Nutritionist EMR Epic -
