Summary
- Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - Ongoing (Full time and PRN need)
- Hourly:
- 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Offsite Call:
- Nights
- 24 hour
- Clinical Information:
- Inpatient
- EMR: MediTech
- Types of cases:
- General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Bariatric, Plastic and Reconstructive, Bread and Butter
- Supervision model, but must be willing to sit own cases if needed. Majority of the time will be supervising, but there will be times where physician wouldl need to start and/or sit a case
- Average 16 cases per day
- 2 MDs and 506 CRNA scheduled daily
- Required:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
- FL Medical License 100% required
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
