CompHealth is assisting a health system in Kansas with their search for an OB/GYN. They need a physician to take over for a retiring physician. The schedule has an option for a 1:4 call at a facility that is steady, but you will not be overwhelmed with about 200 deliveries a year between the team. The facility has a robot for trained physicians. H-1B and J-1 visas can be sponsored. CompHealth has a dedicated licensing team that can help you obtain a KS medical license, if necessary. In addition to a 2-year salary guarantee and productivity bonuses, you will also be offered medical benefits, life insurance/disability, 4 weeks of PTO that includes CME time, relocation assistance, a generous sign-on bonus, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, and malpractice insurance.
