About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Neonatologist to join our dedicated neonatal team at Emory Johns Creek Hospital in Johns Creek, Georgia. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU, managing an average daily census of 7-8 patients. Provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns, including high-risk deliveries. Attend and manage high-risk deliveries, ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and babies. Care for healthy newborns in the nursery, supporting family bonding and education. Collaborate closely with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs), multidisciplinary teams, and faculty physicians to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in continuous 24/7 onsite neonatal coverage, contributing to a stable and efficient NICU environment. Support over 1,100 annual deliveries, delivering evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care. Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to uphold clinical excellence. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
