    Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Overview: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a vital role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical settings. This is an exciting opportunity to work at Moses Cone, a leading hospital known for its comprehensive surgical services, where you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure patient safety and comfort. If you are a skilled, experienced CRNA looking for a challenging yet rewarding position, we want to hear from you! Required Skills: Valid North Carolina State RN license with certification as a CRNA 1-2 years of clinical anesthesia experience; no new graduates Board certification in Nurse Anesthesia Current ACLS and PALS certifications Ability to float and cover multiple OR and non-OR locations as needed Proficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems Strong understanding of anesthesia practices for diverse patient populations (pediatrics, vascular, neuro, etc.) Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience in cardiovascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia Prior work with EPIC EMR systems Flexibility to adapt to different shift schedules and floating requirements Preferred Education and Experience: Master s or higher degree in Nursing with specialized anesthesia training Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on anesthesia provider experience in hospital settings Other Requirements: Valid North Carolina state license required; candidates willing to license via Compact license only Must be able to work full-time shifts, with flexibility to cover high-priority schedules, including holidays Ability to work Monday and Friday shifts (7AM-3PM) with no consecutive days off Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days, and provider must be willing to work in a hospital environment with exposure to various patient age groups and surgical specialties Must be able to perform coverage for Moses Cone location and float to other facility units as needed Discover a rewarding opportunity to advance your anesthesia career with competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
