Overview As a CRNA at our prestigious hospital, you will provide safe, effective anesthesia services for various surgical and procedural cases, including trauma, neuro/spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, and robotics. You'll operate within a medically directed model, managing anesthesia independently with close collaboration. Your expertise will support a full range of ages and conditions, contributing to exceptional patient care in a dynamic setting that emphasizes excellence and professionalism. Required Skills Valid PA RN license and current CRNA certification Certified in ACLS and PALS Proficient in GETA, MAC, regional anesthesia, spinal, and US techniques Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to work independently within a medically directed model (1:3, max 1:4) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Nice to Have Skills Experience with epidural placements without physician present Familiarity with Epic EMR system Prior experience in high-volume or Level I Trauma centers Additional certifications related to anesthesia or patient safety Preferred Education and Experience Graduate of a recognized Nurse Anesthesia program with a master's or doctoral degree At least 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in diverse anesthesia settings Other Requirements Valid PA license required Ability to credential within approximately 90 days (expedited credentialing possible with leadership approval) Willingness to work night shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM No DEA registration required No overtime for this position; full-time coverage with model: modeled under medically directed anesthesia (1:3, max 1:4) This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment.
