Required Skills: Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and/or Critical Care Medicine Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and pediatric critical care Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units (NICU/PICU) Ultrasound and other diagnostic proficiency Participation in research, quality improvement initiatives, or teaching roles Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine At least 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital-based setting Other Requirements: Availability to work on-call shifts as needed, including backup NICU on-call responsibilities Willingness to travel for relevant conferences or training (if applicable) Certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Bring your expertise to a caring, innovative environment where your skills will truly shine.
